1) they should check the credit rating of the tenant and landlord before the deal
2) honor the written contract, no increase during the contract and no useless additional demands
3) tenants should satisfy all necessary appliances n facilities before occupying the premises
BC NDP government has caused many problems because of tenancy laws in favour of tenants. Landlord has to pay 12 months rent.
