@@Rck-vert Thanks for your input, however the phrase "God helps those who help themselves," is actually not biblical. In other words, it is NOT written anywhere in the Bible. It's actually a common phrase that PEOPLE say. You can look it up. There is no Bible verse that says that. Also, I'm not quite sure what point you're trying to get across.

I couldn’t agree more with the whole money conversation. Money truly is the root of all evil, I’m 16 and my mom (grandma who adopted and raised me since I was 2 weeks old) passed 3 months ago and I’m not trying to talk behind anyone’s back but the fact that her husband was so quick to go through her purse really made me upset and the fact he tried to have me and my brother live with him after that to watch the foster kids my mom had was baffling, cause don’t get me wrong we watched them all the time for hours a day but we did it bc she was our mom and needed time to de-stress some days plus it’s a lot of work especially with 3 out of the 5 having different disorders yk. I could truly talk abt so much things involving her money since she passed but imma just stop so I don’t start crying from my anger
