New singer did better than I expected. Glad Dino is still keeping the band alive - truly one solid dude!
Milo has done great!
That bass is so good. New vocals are better than I expected
Tried a Fear Factory album 4 the 1st time the other week and was very disappointed.
Same old snarling vocals and Same old crash bang bollocks.
@@johnvoice815 Then why are you here? Jackass.
Sorry to say but new guy is better than C Bell ,although I really respect Burton but the fact is that Burton couldn't always deliver his vocal capabilities as it should be. This new guy is insanely good ,his voice is extraterrestrial
I didn’t expect the guy replacing Burton to sound this good. Impressed.

What I really like about Milo is the fact that he sticks to every note the way Burton sang them. No bullshit embellishments, experiments, variations or anything, he sings just like the original!
That's really true. I feel a strong respect for Burton from his singing.
He really does try his best, and he's got big shoes to fill, but I give him a lot of respect for how well he does.

New Breed! I agree
This line-up has already changed or kinda. The bass player here Tony Campos plays also in Static X. I saw recently 2 or maybe even 3 different live bass players in FF replacing him when he 's touring with Static X. The only boss in FF is now Dino Cazares, he alone is FF, somehow. All the others are just his employees. Dino can replace the bass player and the drummer almost in this exact moment if he wants. The only one who he can't really change is the new vocalist because it's too difficult to find an another one capable in singing FF songs properly.

Deep Purple is a great classic hard rock band, so is early Rainbow. One of the British bands that were the precursor to Metal and what it evolved into. Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, The Who and many other British Hard Rock Bands of the 70s were the nucleus of heavy metal. Tony Campos rules - I saw him with Soulfly once - he ruled the show
Tony and Dino are best friends for decades.
Tony seems like one hell of a guy, and a guy who is there for his homies when they need him:) The guy is a real life band resurrector!
This is actually the first time I hear a whole set of a band I never listened to before and like pretty much all of the songs. I see a lot of comments talking about the previous singer and I don't know him, but this Milo guy here is actually insane.
Milo blows the old singer out of the water when it comes to live. People have nostolgia goggles for the old singer! he wrote great songs in the studio and made some of the best albums with Fear Factory, but his clean singing was always horrible live. Milo kills it live in all aspects.

@@deadleaves5913 Yeah! Will see how an album with him is like!

For a non native speaking english guy with an accent he is very close with his vocals and hes clearly having the time of his life there. Never thought FF would be going still... and this sounds great.
First time in a holy shit crowd moment was reading in 2001 i think it was and edgecrusher hit and we were all absolutely crushed to death near the front. I couldnt breathe. 16 year old me with great memories 22 years later!
His accent came through in Linchpin. When he sang "a linchpin holds within" and on "discarded." The R's are hard to get right in any language.
His done an amazing job from what he sounded like when he first joined. His accent was much evident back then. I can't get into it without Burton personally, but more power to him. He clearly loves FF which is amazing to see.
He was a big FF's fan, he became a vocalist of the new line up, a dream comes true scenario, and win win situation for all.

I understand that for some FF without Burton is not acceptable, and that's totally understandable and reasonable.
But it is what it is, and there's no reason to act like a prick about it, and call the man a poser.
For me personally it would be more interesting if new vocalist sounded different than Burton, and was not trying to channel/emulate FF look/vibe so much.
But I get it, they wanted to play it safe and familiar.
A true test for current line up and Milo will be new material, since Burton was also the lyricist, and what he brought with his writing was very crucial for FF's overall identity.

New singer sounds great. I grew up listening to these guys. I never really realized how crazy some of Raymond Herrera's drum arrangements were until I saw this guy playing them. Looks like one Hell of a workout. Raymond always made it look easy, like he was strolling through a park. This guy was giving it everything he had and looked exhausted by the end of the set.

That was f.. good! Even the “veteranos” look younger! That Zero signal was great! FATALITY!!!🎸
Man... I wasn't expecting such clean, angelic choruses and the crowd reminds me of those savage 90s days, especially the Dynamo show. Serious FF fan here and obviously a BCB fan, but Milo does fill a huge set of shoes seamlessly. A bit more live experience and Burton will be just a good memory of the past.
Ah man, the ending of Zero Signal gave me goosebumps! Well done Milo (yes, a special mention is well deserved) and Fear Factory!
Merci ARTE.
Things to be considered after watching this concert:
1- Milo is the perfect guy for FF nowadays!
2- FF should be forbiden to perform without Tony Campos. The guy is solid as rock and loves to be in the band.
3- the ending with Zero Signal was nothing but epic😢
To speak on point 2, Campos has been holding down the low end now in a live capacity since the Genexus album. The rare times he isn't is when he's touring with Static-X, as you noted. Campos is a bassist by demand, and a hell of a great one.
@@fromdepthswerise3024 yeah! I know Static X is his band and priority. However, every time I see him performing with FF it seems to me that always was his spot.
@@vitorcaricati4374 I feel you. He just fits so naturally.
Nothing to add😝
FF is a real deal now
Fatality.
Milo is also in 2 other bands: Dead Channel and skill gear. In dead channel he sings clean vocals that are sometimes just amazing (full of true emotions). A song I really love is...The Flight. Faut écouter, ça envoie du lourd!!!
Milo is killing it! I loved Burton's stuff and saw them with him in 99, but this is right up there with that for me 🤘🏻
@@Dmitry-ly8qo I had to run this through Google translate so hope I understand, but that's really cool, thanks! 🤘🏻
I never thought I'd say this after Burt vacated the band even though he was struggling with this vocals and me and I think everyone else still accepted this and still thought the same but Fear Factory with the new vocalist sound incredible if not better, what an awesome vocalist he is
Loving this since I was 16 years old.. I'm now 48.. New vocalist and drummer..💯👌💪❤️ Tony still on the Bass!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💯❤️
The bass sound is amazing, heavy and the songs are full
Merci pour ce super concert ARTE !! 🤘🏻🔥
Damn, Milo kills it on the clean vocals and the harsh stuff. Great choice. Can't wait to hear him on new songs.
I honestly wouldn’t even have known the singer was different without reading the comments since I don’t follow the band closely. Sounds like they have a great frontman again.
Blown away by how good this singer is. Wow.
Mad respect for the new drummer. The FF set must be one of the most intense and excruciating workouts ever.
Little sloppy for a fear factory drummer but decent for this cover band version I think.
@@kittywampusdrums4963I share this sentiment
@@kittywampusdrums4963 Your trippin this is the best full time drummer FF ever had
@@patientmental875 This is not fear factory
@@an4yb7ack It is now
Being a long time fan I know how hard was to us to lose Burton but with this singer FF is still alive and that's all I care; i hope we have some new material soon
His clean vocals are so precise, splendid
Came here for Replica, stayed for the whole thing.
this singer is a real gift for fear factory fans everywhere. sounds epic.
Dudes, that was freakin' DOPE! As a lifelong fan of Killing Joke, you guys NAILED IT! Will be binge-listening to your albums now!
The mighty Killing Joke and Godflesh are my absolute faves. And FF are back
Infuckingcredible. Milo killing it as usual. Whole band sounds great. Fuckin' LOVE this era! 🤘🏻
I like that word "infuckingcredible"!
@Max-Mustermann46 Thank you sir! 🤘🏻
Fear Factory better than ever!!! Hope this lineup keep going up!!!
Better than ever you a not a fan from the beginning u have no idea compare this hellfest 24 and go back 25 years on youtube rock im park 1999 this performance with Herrera on the drums is the top there is no better Burton has the same age like Milo there is no doubt Herrera on the drums and on his prime burton with this absolutely aggression no way this is the best from the best
@@dwaynejohnson8858 woah woah. Calm down and punctuate a little bit lol he’s just excited that they’re back and sounding great! Let the happiness happen. Most of us watching this video probably seen those old performances a dozen times. And grateful we have those to go back and enjoy. 🤘🏻
@@Syphon_Drummer happy for you i m done with fear factory
@@dwaynejohnson8858 alright, than on ya go.
@dwaynejohnson8858 you know older metal acts need new blood right? "BUt BaK IN mY DaY..." makes you sound like an old man screaming at the clouds. The metal scene needs younger talent to survive and thrive. This ain't your jam cool, keep reliving the good olde days.
Ff hasn't sounded this solid in a long time, chuffed to bits for the band. There's no downside to this except for the gatekeepers of yesteryear.
Zero Signal is my favorite FF song. This version is just crushing good!!!!!!!!
They have literally reached their full potential with the new guy. Sorry Burton but this dude is so much better live.
Yes
It's a different level
The real test is going to be writing lyrics in a studio setting.
I will agree that he has a more energetic live performance .But the underlying tones in Burton’s voice are definitely missing. The drummer was also struggling through most of the set. Bottom line, you can’t just up in replace a frontman who was with the band for over 30 years.
Merci bien, ARTE Concert! Thanks a lot, Fear Factory! 🤘🏻💥😎
That was an awesome show, Fear Factory lives!!!
