When I was headbanging to this in the 90's, I coudn't realize that I would be here in 2024 just like my father was listening to Deep Purple !
I'm 40 and getting there with Pantera!
And the cycle continues.
I saw this in my feed and was like !!!! Also love what Deep Purple is doing! (And Pantera, of course!) A collaboration I've always wanted though - Imagine if Tool and Fear Factory did something...
Deep Purple is a great classic hard rock band, so is early Rainbow. One of the British bands that were the precursor to Metal and what it evolved into. Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, The Who and many other British Hard Rock Bands of the 70s were the nucleus of heavy metal. Many American 70s classic rock bands contributed to Metal as well. Boston, Kansas, Lynyrd Skynyrd and early 70s Aerosmith are just a few out of many more I can think of.
I'm 45 and still bang to this peak metal
I´m a fan of the OG lineup, but I gotta say that Dino and Co sound TIGHT AF. Kudos to Dino for keeping FF alive. One of the truly underappreciated bands of all time. How da heck do they still sound fresh and futuristic 25+ years later.
Visionaries.
I didn’t expect the guy replacing Burton to sound this good. Impressed.
Most musicians are replaceable...
@@LeadMe2TheBliss erm.......go ask STP that
@@fasthow223 I said "most". Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't.
@@fasthow223 STP have a bad habit of making every new singer dress up and pretend he's Scott Weiland.
@@TheFeralEngineer and FF have done just the same with this guy :)
For a non native speaking english guy with an accent he is very close with his vocals and hes clearly having the time of his life there. Never thought FF would be going still... and this sounds great.
First time in a holy shit crowd moment was reading in 2001 i think it was and edgecrusher hit and we were all absolutely crushed to death near the front. I couldnt breathe. 16 year old me with great memories 22 years later!
His accent came through in Linchpin. When he sang "a linchpin holds within" and on "discarded." The R's are hard to get right in any language.
His done an amazing job from what he sounded like when he first joined. His accent was much evident back then. I can't get into it without Burton personally, but more power to him. He clearly loves FF which is amazing to see.
From 1998 (Obsolete) to 2024...goddamn. Fucking awesome. Kudos, Dino for keeping the dream alive and finding all these new amazing musicians!
Absolutely AMAZING!!! Fear Factory has new life and sounds killer. Bring on the new album!
Who's writing the lyrics? This is what made FF
Favorite Metal band of all time. I miss the classic line up dearly but I'm ready to move on ! Long live Fear Factory !
wish they would have plated stuff off the last album.yeah got into fear factory in 99 still like em.shooooooooock!!!😂
For me too but i already moved on many years ago. They way, the band ended up in "Aggression Continuum" brought me out of their new stuff. But still loving the old things! Too bad, they still arent playing stuff from Archetype live
This is actually the first time I hear a whole set of a band I never listened to before and like pretty much all of the songs. I see a lot of comments talking about the previous singer and I don't know him, but this Milo guy here is actually insane.
1. Milo was totally the right guy for job.
2. I hope they can keep this line-up for as long as possible.
3. I am SO hyped for their next/new album.
4. Good to see New Breed in the set.
5. Pete Webber is a Beast!
&
6. Dino looks truly happy.
New Breed! I agree
Burton C Bell will always be in my heart as the leader and legendary voice of Fear Factory, for me he is irreplaceable and unique. But we must also give Milo the opportunity, watching this concert he does it in a great way, with impressive energy, as well as great charisma and a spectacular voice, which brings a lot of nostalgia for those Burton years in FF. They will always be among my top 5 favorite bands 🤘
I agree,Bell was so good. But this dude nails the songs I went through my high school years with. He does a fucking great job🤘
BCB is the symbol of FF forever.
And Milo is not a substitute for BCB, but a new engine that drives the new FF.
Jeez, with Milo on the mic, Fear Factory sound way better than in a very long time before 🔥
They really fucking do!!! Outstanding performance!!!
His stage presence needs work tho
Best they have sounded in years and I'm a huge fan, members come and go.. it happens in alot of bands.. glad they have found some rejuvenation with this line up..
Damn I wasn't expecting this vocals... amazing! sounds like Burton from the 90s
Props to the drummer, FF is NOT easy drumming. That kick work is tiiiiiiight 👌
He has always been one of the best
Oh shit I just realized it’s not Raymond Herrera
What? This is terrible!
@@shadow_gringo3595 I read that he came straight off the bus from another gig or something, and into this set, he is behind on the first songs but certainly grows into it as the set reaches the middle, terrible first couple of songs, I agree.
The first song was a mess but it tightened up after that.
Been with Fear Factory since the very start so many fucking years ago. More FF pits then i can caount many joints with Dino HAHA This FEAR FACTORY KICKASS i am 55 and i feel REBORN again THANK YOU FF.
None of that happened
@@Zangodooit more than likely did. You gotta see more shows. Especially at small local venues. Meet and greets are a thing ya know.
@@Syphon_Drummer why are you defending a person in TH-cam comments?
@@Zangodoo Why are you so negative? I say it most likely happened because I’ve had similar experiences. You just get out there. It’s not like bands are some unapproachable superstar entity. Also just being in the music scene helps. You meet people, make connections, friends. I could show you proof of this but you’d still say it never happened. Hope you find a better attitude and good luck to ya. Go meet some musicians.
PS. It’s not hard.
@@Syphon_Drummer that story made me hard
Milo is straight killin it man.. best replacement for burton that they could've gotten anywhere.. this is probably the best theyve sounded in yrs..
Milo got a Fear factory tattoo too. What a poser. What did he win the biggest fear factory fan award?
@@cyborg4target not as big of a poser as your Mom is, you blowhard.
@@cyborg4targetYeah, looks like it.
@@cyborg4target And there's nothing more awesome than a true fan replacing a band member that didn't want to keep going.

Poser? Dude, he's in the band and killing it. I don't know how much more real could that get. 😅
I was happy taking my son to his first metal show a couple years ago and it just happened to be Milo's first live show with FF. With dope and Static X. Amazing show. Got a picture with my son and FF after the show. Amazing!
Man how nice to see FF still going.
THIS NEW SINGER IS LIIIIIIIT. PHENOMINAL JOB. Dammit I love Burton but this dude was on time, on pitch and brought my favorite parts to life when I was used to them being looked over live. amazing job. this video reignited my love for ff live
Fuck. I was pissed with the whole Burton story, I love the guy but now it's hard to deny that this guy does a really great job here. Props to him.
And he's a great dude .)
Totally agreed mate.
Took the words right out of my mouth. Saw them at GMM 2024 and it was absolutely sick.
@@Radi0nFE Seconding the Graspop Metal Meeting thing. They crush live. That was AFAIK the first time back on a mainstage at a big festival since at least 2012.
FF always sounded terrible live man, now they sound good finally :)
That was f.. good! Even the “veteranos” look younger! That Zero signal was great! FATALITY!!!🎸
Zero Signal is my favorite FF song. This version is just crushing good!!!!!!!!
I'm Thai fan. I like FF from the album. Demanufacture Nowadays, I still like it even though there are new singers.
Did you just went to their live in BKK?
Merci pour ce super concert ARTE !! 🤘🏻🔥
This is the band I fell in love with in the 90's, even though it's mostly not even the same band. Welcome new FF!
Milo is greaaaat and the mortal kombat reference made zero signal that much better. :)
Damn❤❤❤❤ sounds powerfull , this new singer .. it's awesome
At first i was very skeptical if FF would work with another Singer, but Milo finally convinced me to be a perfect replacement for Burton... I've seen the Band 3 or 4 Times and i was always dissapointed with the clear vocals live, it's so good hear all the clean parts as they should sound now with Milo! Zero Signal was pure epicness!
woww...seems fear factory is returning to gold era!
FF was my gateway band into extreme metal.
Vocalist nails it!!!
This guy sounds so much like the original vocalist that you can't really tell it's a new guy too much
The Recharger chorus was sung perfectly in tune after screaming the opening tracks, If your not a believer in Milo after this performance nothing will convince you! The new era of FF is certainly upon us!
Omg Milo sounds like younger Burton
Kinda looks like 98 era Burton too
Yeaaaah and WOW. in Recharger. I felt like I was listening to older FF albums!
Do an A-B comparison, he doesn’t. He’s good but it’s just different.
He sounds like a younger guy impersonating Bell.
@ronmarchini2500 I completely agree. There's no replicating prime Burton.
i actually give this guy a 9.9.... big boots to fill..... cover singer (they're gonna be) GOOD FUCKING JOB
Holy shit that was amazing. FF IS SAVED BY THE NEW INCREDIBLE MEMBERS 🔥🔥🔥
Milo doing the band justice. 🤘🏽🥹
True. But now we need a drummer..
@@michaelromeo9567 Yea ... I noticed that. Dude was kinda outta time on a few songs there.
@@the_music_dude_ Bring back Raymond HERRERA.. 🙏
@@michaelromeo9567 💯!!!
they still Kick ass és saludos from Argentina
Man I can’t believe they still tour. Saw them back in 98 at Maritime Hall, SF.
Pete Webber is the man on drums!!! One of the best out there.
He should warm up more, What will Become was sloppy as hell on the double bass
His timing on “what will become” was WELL off, BUT, atleast it proves he’s natty!
Amazing performance - was skeptical about Milo at first but he is top-rate! 🔥
Milo was actually the one signing on the albums this whole time
Pete is so awesome!
Still on the fence about the idea of Fear Factory without Burt, but I gotta admit, the new guy kicks ass
Vocals are spot on , love Burton but he couldn't sing live , specially the cleans
Amazing Vocals !!!!
Having seen fear factory many times with Burt think that Milo is a better live singer and better frontman. Could he have written and come up with the vocal style for all of this great music? Probably not.
Damn!!!!! Could t be happier to hear this! Long may they continue. This singer is spot on! Great love performance.
FF IS SOUNDING LIKE AN AMAZING MACHINE THIS DAYS !!! \m/
I had a picture taken with Dino when they toured Australia in around 1993. I had my parents' camera with me, and when my friend pressed the button, the only thing that happened was the batteries fell out. Dino almost died laughing.
Damn, I never expected the vocalist to be this good. What a legendary performance. Really, really good 🤘🏼🤘🏼
The sound mix for this is pure perfection!!
This new front man absolutely rips. Keen to see them
Saw these guys back in 95. Always been a great band.
Bro that dude does the vocals perfect
The new vocalist is very good! \m/
Mais quel show !
I was questioning getting a ticket to the next show.
I question no more.
Amazing
As a fervent Fear Factory fan, I am extremely impressed with this concert and personnel lineup. I had never seen this singer before, but I think he's really good, he puts his heart into the music, it shows. Some of his mannerisms are like Burton C. Bell, and he hits the high and low notes in the chorus parts of the songs really well. All the music parts were great and 'spot on.' I would totally go see Fear Factory if they came to my hometown of El Paso Texas.
Killer line-up ! 🤘
Ff have been born again with Milo 🤘🤘
tremendo concierto, el nuevo cantante y el nuevo baterista, mis respetos. excelente trabajo.
I never thought I would see such an incredible performance, the drummer played extremely well until the end and this vocalist is perfect! He makes it seem easy to switch to clean voice and is very in tune!
Unbelievable set.
Wow, this is my first time hearing Milo and he freaking destroys! I feel like it can be hard to accept a new replacement when it’s a legacy band but there’s such a smooth transition here.
Milo: Italian pride!
Amazing band. Thanks for sharing. They have played all their nostalgic songs. Know them from their first album.
Could this be a "comeback" for Fear Factory? 400 000+ views in just a month, and the new vocalist is fucking great, so cool to see the love he gets in the comments 🙂 just hopes they put out a new record that kills
Does milo have a tattoo of the obsolete album cover?? If so. Nice.
Fucking awesome vocals by Milo- they’re on fire. Brilliant.
Respect on the new vocalist, he definitely nails it down.
Linchpin comes out so clearly and cleanly for the vocalist, great replacement, they are better than ever Fear Factory!!!
This is a respectable iteration of FF. Way better than I thought
That guy playing the typewriter is doing a great job!
Both the vocal and drums substitutes are better than the originals and Campos is on point as usual too. FF is mfn back, well done Dino!
Saw them at Mystic Fest this summer in Gdansk ... epic set, they sounded great live
This band are so good the new lineup is fucking killer that drummer is an animal best drummer there had and milo is amazing he does a great job well done dino fucking kickass now get back to Australia and then do a new album boys so energenic that was sick 🇦🇺
The bass drum on the first song 'What will become' is completely off :(
Absolutely butchered it!!
Perfect performance, this new era of Fear Factory it's just simply perfect. Killing Spree !!!!!
Thanks for sare.
Dat BASS! I've never heard it pop so much. It's always sounded muted (understated) to me. Now? It's AWESOME and powerful!
Flip so heavy and epic!!!!! Love the new singer, nailed it😊
Great sounding Fear Factory cover band they got now.
I enjoyed this more than I thought I was going to
Wow. Impressive shit. FF back at the top of their game. Special kudos to the new vocalist.
Fear Factory - Bizarre Festival 1998 - PRO SHOT - Best quality
ORMSBY! I got a Demanufacture Signature now, and I am going to get the Camos, first the Blood Camo, when the next run comes.
DINO IS THE BEST PLAYER! I didn't even know he was such a big influence on my playing style and sounds I liked, until I learned even more about how he made the EMG707s, helped with Blackouts, etc... I love 7 strings and actives. The Machete is sick. I also have a Toecutter from Ormsby coming in time, which I can't wait to try, it's a passive, want to see what he did there.
Goddamn! Replica and Zero Signal sounded fuckin amazingly perfect. That ending.. Milo was such a good choice for replacing Burton. Now bring Herrera back on drums please.
Absolutely LEGENDARY performance!!!
A new soul to this machine!
That guy sounds like the same dude. Almost identical. Very good.
Zero Signal for the last song is not easy. That's a difficult song to play.
After seeing this, I'm even more excited to see them here in AZ next month with Coal Chamber. The smaller indoor venue is gonna bang.
They sound bloody great
Man this lineup sounds tight and brutal good to see them back
Holy shit, what a set. They sound incredible.
it sounds like piece of shit )
are you serious ? double pedal is just a joke
VAPOR MEMORY????? ON A FEAR FACTORY VID???????
What I really like about Milo is the fact that he sticks to every note the way Burton sang them. No bullshit embellishments, experiments, variations or anything, he sings just like the original!
That's really true. I feel a strong respect for Burton from his singing.
He really does try his best, and he's got big shoes to fill, but I give him a lot of respect for how well he does.
Because he wouldn't be shit without burt and he shouldn't even be on that stage
@@fuxboxHe's more than up to the job, and if FF are able to continue to bring us music, I'm very happy with that.
