यह तो गीला है इसे चालीस दिन के लिए तो नही बना सकते। खराब हो जायेगा। हम तो इसे दूसरे तरीके से बनाते है। एक नारियल में खसखस भरते है दूसरेमें ईसबगोल। फिर दूध में पका कर इनको पीसते या कूट लेते है बचे हुए दूधका मावा बनाकर भून लेते है। फिर गेंहुं के आटे को भूनकर उसमे बादाम घई मेभून कर पीस कर डालते है मीठे के लिए बूरा आदि डाल कर पंजीरी बन जाती है जो खराब नही होती। यह रेसिपी पढाई करने वालो या दिमागी काम करने वालो बच्चो व बडे के लिए बहुत लाभदायक है।
