That’s the normal art for the SEC Sogeking. Typically, the normal variants for all SECs will have the gold border around them and the alt arts will deviate from that design. This is similar to how the SRs will have a silver border for their normal arts.

@@OwlyOwlBoy Another little nugget of information that I left out is that the alt arts from sets OP04 and onward have a star above the rarity indicator (SEC, SR, R, etc.) to distinguish the alt art version from the standard art.

Alt arts always have a star. No star means base art
They only started doing that in op04. In any set before that they did not. 🙂
