Those quick change swivels are ace, along with a loop tier to make nice small loops. For Bream (worm) fishing I use a similar rig, but just one stop above the hook swivel. This is almost a bolt rig, the bream hook them selves when they move off with the worm and have a bit of slack to give them confidence, and the bites are really positive. I also use a silicon tube and a rubber bead above the feeder to cover the link up and cushion the hook length with a fish on. Never tangles (yet) . Great vid
Palomar it is. I love the symplicity of the rig and the virtual tangle free set up. Thanks Lee. Another great tip to go with the Method and Bomb one you did a while ago. The Stopz system is great. Thanks
Used this last weekend, great rig 👍. Had a cage feeder, 6 inch hook length with a worm kebab and explosive caster/chopped worm ground bait..... It's deadly. Well so I've been told 😊.... Blanked big time but not a tangle all day 😬
I use this rig for my lake feeder fishing, and it's great, but I make a treccia (twist the line) and it helps a bit, the rubber stops never slide near the swivel.
Great video, excuse my ignorance I'm pretty new to fishing in general how to would you attack your sinking mono to your mainline? Loop to loop? Or was the 10lb sinking mono the mainline and that's just the end of the main with the hooklink coming off on the swivel.
I find that set up can still tangle around the swivel with standard mono, probably due to crays trying to nick the pellet. To avoid that, I now use 7lb fluorocarbon, so far no tangles yet.
That was shite, camera man was long viewing the angler and not the knots and swivels that lots of anglers never use, I will have to look else where to find out, deff not Prestons.........Are you sure it wasnt an advert for reels?
I watched like 20+ ledger rigs the last 2 weeks and that is the best by a mile. Thanks.
I have just done the exact same!

That is my favourite feeder rig their is, you can change the cage to maggot feeder etc and slide the rubber stops to suit the feeder.
Top guy Lee i think too many anglers go for complicated rigs .This is bang on thanx mate tight lines
Cheers - I think that's a knot even I can remember and handle!
Thanks Lee..will give it a go...very well explained...👍👍

Best rig for distance fishing! And you can remove the hooklength and fish it with a Preston ICS elasticated method feeder at the end! 😉
Great rig Lee I’ll definitely be using it from now on, keep the tips coming 👍👍🎣🎣
Same rig as I use but my rig differs in that I catch sod all. Great tips again Lee thankyou 👏👏
Look's and very good feeder rig, Thank you Lee,

Good rig BUT I set up exactly as said but had problems with the hook length spinning around the line, not away, ant tips to resolve this?
I had the same issue today. 😢😢

Amazing stuff
Congratulations nice explanation
Yeah, that's a palomar knot. always use that, for swivels and hooks. Easy to tie and super strong.
Been using a palomar for years, you cant beat it!
Would you put a anti tangle sleeve on or not needed? Its only cos the carp men ME myself do uou see ??
thanx m8. can i use this on rivers for skimmers and bream ?
Palomar knot. I use it all the time and the line will snap before the knot. It’s so f*#*#*#* strong!
Yep, that is indeed a palomar knot Lee 👍
How long is the leader
How long would you have the hook length from the feeder if I was fishing for Bream
It depends on the depth, bait and size of the fish. 3-50cm is a great starting point.
Great rig I am sure but not allowed on the venue I fish even though its not a commercial running rigs only!.
Just use the same rig without the the second rubber stop - it will be just as effective without.
Will it work in Ireland 😂
Wild waters
It would indeed!

I can guarantee I can tie it in knots within 5 casts lol
