I used to use end papers all the time and my perm rod sets would ALWAYS be popping. I think Imma have to take it back one time. It helps the hair dry faster and keeps the ends polished.
I know less than nothing about hair and I'm guessing the end papers are really what made the difference. Did you see how smooth her hair was as she was taking the rollers out? No fly-aways or anything! That was so satisfying and informative.
