I didn’t get a seat allotment in 1st phase.
I got a seat allotment in 2nd phase, but I didn’t like that seat.
I want to go for 3rd phase sure. For this Do I keep quiet/cancel the admission or compulsory pay the 2nd phase seat tuition fee.
If I don’t get the expected seat in 3rd phase, will I get back my paid tuition fee? If yes, is it an entire amount or a partial amount?.

You have got a good college and branch, ofcourse you can try for better college but before getting b-cat seat don't cancel the a-cat seat.
