Look at how quiet and calm Marc came across at first, and everyone was like lets see if this guy is good enough to be among us, and then he played them church organs, and the soul came out, it was not enough time to see his full abilities because of the tech issues but Marc is a real, unique and very different talent that the music world needs right now.
I would’ve cracked under the pressure of Sway and his palpable lack of confidence in Marc’s abilities, but Marc BROUGHT IT!!!

Sway has been around for decades, is an older dudes and does a hip hop radio station where he has so many guests on, and others in the show Production will often have people on the show that Sway doesn’t know much about to surprise him. It really shouldn’t be surprising he doesn’t know every detail about an up and comer. I’m a huge fan of Marc but the fans in these comments are tripping out over nothing. Sway loved his performance.

I just find it odd how you would have someone on your show but didnt even look up a TH-cam video or something. Marc knows how to vibe with a musician he's never played with under pressure. I noticed that because, even though I think his strength in composition is his ability to make a funky bass line and build a chord structure around it, he chose instead to lay down a beat for Rico with no pitches or key that still sounded full enough to vibe with, probably so that Rico would feel comfortable with whatever key he wanted if he decided to ad lib a vocal hook. And it totally paid off. Small stuff like that shows Marc's genius for ad lib composition. Bravo

@Jay Slays it was the whole output of the RC-505b not just his mic the whole thing was probably panned going into whatever daw or something was not plugged in all the way. The job is to troubleshoot, so it was in fact unprofessional for a show this big.
@@nick-lc7fz he brought his own equipment and it wasn’t working properly. Marc should’ve been there on time to troubleshoot, this is the reason why he probably won’t be back. Because of his issues you’re blaming sways station.
It was probably out of Sway or his team's control.
