As a Gief main, I approve of Daigo giving him a go. I've always respected Daigo but I'm now more inclined to give him more views if he's going to continue this trend.
He's gaining more technique with him, becoming more dangerous by the day.

Theyve been using Zangief for years. That's expected. And no one cares about some random fact everyone already knows.
But when Daigo just recently used a character he had little to no use backgrounds with that's news.

the Jamie was remarkably bad for master by throwing out so many unsafe moves and playing relatively wild, except Daigo on Zangief is not comfortable enough to punish most of them.
