Haus Labs has seriously impressed me. I totally agree Nikki, the brand needed a relaunch, their reformulated and new products are so amazing. They have become staples, especially the foundation, setting powder and bronzer. I have sensitive and acne prone skin, and these products went on like dream and lasted throughout the day. I had no irritations, and my skin looked absolutely amazing (my skin but better).

I love the haus lab foundation but it breaks apart on me around my mouth and nose. I have combo/oily skin. Any suggestions on how to make it last? Laura Mercier powder and setting spray doesn’t help. OR *Maybe* more people have an olive undertone than people realize, take for instance Alexandra Anele or Hannah Louise Poston who both struggled for years until they learned their undertones are olive. Many of us LIVE with olive undertones all our lives in the US and it is extremely frustrating that yellow tones are normalized in the cosmetic industry. In the world, the olive undertone is far likely to be more ubiquitous than not on the other side of the world.

Hi Nikki! Great review! I personally love the HL foundation it's perfection and my skin tends to be oily in the warmer months and a bit dehydrated in the colder months. Love the MbyM (actually love everything he creates--and am looking forward to trying his new foundation) And while I'm at Sephora testing g his foundation I will also be looking into that Huda concealer as well as her powder. I think I must be one of the few who so so sadly did not get on with the A Bader products 🙈 I wanted to love them. I tried the cream light and calm; for some reason it did not agree with my skin 😩 (not did the cream or cream rich) It my the rosacea flare (it brought up the little bumps / white heads)

For me it didn’t work out as it was not pretty on my skin and broke down after a few hours…
It looked pretty when I first applied then looked very flaky as I wore it the rest of the day!

I think I must be one of the few who so so sadly did not get on with the A Bader products 🙈 I wanted to love them. I tried the cream light and calm; for some reason it did not agree with my skin 😩 (not did the cream or cream rich) It my the rosacea flare (it brought up the little bumps / white heads)
Can you compare the Haus Lab foundation to Nars Light Reflecting foundation? Thanks!
It has much more coverage and a much less dewy / Glowy finish !
