Vlog 07 with Acacia & Michael - Mac Nicol's Caravan Park
On the hunt for waves we headed down the south coast of Durban to a caravan park called Mac Nicol's resort. This is located right on the beach as well as lagoon with many activities within walking distance.
After setting up camp we spent the night braaing under the starry sky’s. Then in the mornings we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and coffee on the beach as we watched the waves rolling in as well as spotting some sea wildlife.
We took a short drive to find some waves and squeeze in a little surf as well as lots of shore break swimming. This resort offers so many activities that we were even able to take a short 5 minute paddle across the river under a train track to the beach! We were even lucky enough to see the train zooming past as we headed down the the beach. We then spent peaceful evenings out on the river jetty watching the sun go down.
