I believe this whole thing is cap. This is a plot to keep LaTocha's name in the lights not only for the new show coming but also for her solo career. LaTocha her husband and that girl are all in on it. I don't believe no one anymore.

Someone hacked my fb page one time and used my name as if it was me speaking in third person, and said that my brother died. I have 2 brothers and both are alive. I never found out who did that crap. I reported it, changed the password and deactivated my page because that really scared the crap outta me. I had family members calling me panicking. It was a hot mess, and no one had access to my phone...in fact my phone was in my possession when it was posted.
So at this point I believe anything is possible. That lady's page definitely could've been hacked. And given that silly name "Timeless Love Bivins" that just sounds to me like a person trying hard to make it sound more believable.
Option 4: It was all a scheme set up by Tocha and Husband w/ the girl to stir up attention/publicity. 😂

This isn’t the first accusation on him, so I think it’s more likely true than a random made up story about him.
