I used to have a lovely basket but I had to stop using it as I had no where to hang it on my scooter. I too would use bright colours to trim any baskets that I had. Thank you for liking my videos. I am so sorry (not) for enabling your yarn and pattern purchases. 😀
There are a lot of what I call re hashed patterns in magazines these days. So called new designs that are simply remakes of patterns that appeared many years ago. They put some very impractical patterns in magazines these days. I often wonder if anyone actually makes them.

I have a feeling that 20-30 years ago there were a lot more practical crochet patterns and instructions in magazines than there are today.
