hiii i have a question, my dominant leg for splits is the right one but my dominant for my acrobatics is my left one, can i mixed them for my routine or do i have to do both splits and acrobatics with the same leg?? (sorry english is not my first language)
Some acro and dance elements can be switched and done with the other leg. Most skills with this choreography start and end with feet together, so it is fairly simple to switch them out!
Its a little late but when doing the 123 turn in the beggining, is it always beach ball hold in the arms, or wide beach ball to beach ball to crown, or just what your coaches say? Because in your video with your gymnasts it was what the 2nd option (i had said)
The arms come to “beach ball” when they are low-mid height and then raise to a crown during the turn. It all happens very fast so as you go into the turn they are closing and raising at the same time in fast motion.
So helpful, thank you!!
