    Not only a good tutorial on how to do it with style and no leaks, but the shots from the boxes in the beginning to the last shining examples of winchdom were just plain lovely!

    Hi Gabriel Do you always used butyl from the top/deck or have you also used it from below? Just wondering when you have wood and fiberglass to seal between. Cheers D🙋

      Hi, what type of plate do you use inside the boat to fix the nuts of the bolts? Thank you

    • @sea4see
      @sea4see  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Jacinto!! I used a custom made plate 4 mm thick and square size 25x25 mm my friend Andrea did for me in SS316L I didn’t use any big plate with holes no much room for use it inside there. I calculate the maximum area for those items and they work well and the pressure distribution of the bolts is in all area! So very safe!

      @@sea4see I didn't mention bolts. I mentioned Nylock NUTS. They are used on ANY bolts.
      U put a double nut on each bolt - ie, locking nuts. A primitive method. One Nylock nut will lock itself. Half the work.

      I know them I used sometime but I prefer double in some situations….

    Ciao, anch'io sto lavorando al restauro della mia barca e ho visto che sei stato in Antal, io vorrei comprare un loro winch perché sono gli unici a fare il modello 16 con 2 velocita ma ho visto che il selftailing ha delle molle ed é completamente diverso da qualsiasi altro winch e non trovo recensioni su internet, sai qualcosa in più di me a riguardo? Visto che poi hai messo 2 Andersen forse I miei dubbi sono fondati.

    • @sea4see
      @sea4see  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ciao partendo dal fatto che Antal produce ottimi materiali ( non si può dire sicuramente che gli scegli per la simpatia della loro direzione vendite….) io non ho idea di come funzionano…. Ho preferito di gran lunga gli Andersen per il sistema a coste che non ti rovina le scotte e sopratutto perché in acciaio inox. Li sto provando e vanno da Dio…sono contento della performance e sulla mia barca sono ideali…,ps se decidi per Antal prendili da motomarine ti fanno più sconto che prenderli direttamente in azienda e non ti rovini il fegato con la simpatia che sprigiona in quel luogo 😜

      @@sea4see ti ringrazio per la risposta, se fosse li comprerei da un sito perchè io vivo in belgio e qui ho un fornitore con prezzi davvero buoni. il "problema" èche la mia barca è un 28 e quindi per le drizze ho rifatto tutto in tuga per lavorare con un solo winch e un 16-20 mi batsa e avanza ma Antal è l'unico in commercio a fare un selftailing da 16 con 2 velocità. andersen ha il 18 che è una sola velocità e sinceramente pur non avendo carichi particolari avendo una sola velocita è come se mancasse un pezzo. per gli altri 2 in pozzetto ho già in ordine due andersen. ma non sono sicuro per il winch in tuga....
