Awesome energy Justin! Nice to see how different countries have different styles. I got asked last night for fresh prince of bell air and Montel Jordan - This is how we do it and it made me think of the gigs you guys do over there - Great video too :)
Yea no one goes behind my facade... or near my laptop... i learned this lesson years ago.. my 2000 apple some spilled a drink on.. fried my screen .. now it in my contract damages from guest client need to pay...
I total agree with your thoughts on wearing some stylish cloths. especially for a wedding couple who planned a formal event. Our chauffeur can't drive unless they are wear a suit for that professional look
Just curious to know the duration of your sets in weddings? Is it fixed or it varies? Or you have a time limit? I am a wedding DJ from India and wedding parties here mostly go on till mornings
It seams to me that the venue right there is a very difficult one to get a proper sound and coverage. Tall ceiling, large hall room with tons of echoes and delays. The way you spread the speakers I don't think was helpful. Very difficult for you there, but hey, they got the noise and the party was fine in the end. Neat mixing table!
Justin I'm a armature producer and DJ mainly in underground 138 trance but I wana do weddings for extra income. I was just wondering do you use extended versions to mix with? I know a lot of commercial music is not made necessarily to be DJed with , also if so is their a website where you get extended versions. I can add my own extensions but no way do I wana do that for thousand's of commercial tracks. Or can anyone else reply , thanks.
Hey man, awesome work, I came to US not so long ago as a student, I mix Techno, but I want to get into doing weddings. I am strugling a lot with music selection since I am not fimiliar with such. Could you please provide some help or like songs that you must play? Thanks a lot!
I give this a 7ish. DJ's don't care about you loading and unloading. We all do that. We don't care about the venue you're at, because we've all been to nice venues. You aren't teaching anyone anything from that. You're just taking to have others hear you talk. Plus you're going from good audio to crap audio once you intro your couple. Then you have another 5mins of a dance floor when the majority of us can do the same thing. The only thing cool to me, is the air gun. Actually, I did like your energy.
So refreshing to see a DJ that can actually beat mix properly! Awesome job bro!
Notice how everyone suddenly stopped dancing when her song played?

Great Job... Nice new suit and no white sneakers 😂. One of the few disadvantages of DJ furniture, too much access to guests.

looks good- did you get any feedback with the speakers behind the DJ booth ?
He does't use stylus in the turntables, are digital (Rane Twelve MKII I think), so no need to worry about the feedback.

To each's own man. Just showing what I do at a wedding, its not for everyone. Appreciate the feedback
