Microsoft does not own any rights to Call of Duty or any of it's games. the only thing Microsoft owns is the right to put Call of Duty for download/purchase on Blizzard. Microsoft has no control over making Azerrz a voice actor. That is entirely up to Activision, Sledgehammer Games, Infinity Ward, Treyarch and Raven Software.
