Been watching these videos for awhile but the zeness of the houses here is great and fairly priced, am falling in love with the Korean style of building.
not every detail... it's basically a box with a nice finish. architecturally it's quite lacking. it really is the small things that matter the most. like having enough room to open your car door in the garage would be nice. since most home owners enter their house through the garage entrance it would be nice to have built in shoe closets at that location with perhaps a place for coats, umbrellas, hats, scarfs, etc... a lot can be done to this house to make it more "livable" rather than just a pretty appearance.

The space for the garage, I do agree with. But that's not a detrimental issue. Most people in Korea don't own more than one car (because of our insane taxing). And also, this is located in a remote island known as Jeju-do. Houses like these are more likely to be owned by rich people as a 'second' home (resort house, basically). I'm not gonna bash you for your lack of knowledge in that regard, since you probably aren't from Korea. But don't belittle a design just because of one or two design inconveniences. I'm very certain that the people who made this house put a lot of thought and effort to designing it.

구조도 넘 기능적이고 자재도 엄청 잘 쓴거 같아요. 다만 한가지 아쉬운 점은 욕실 욕조안에서 제주도의 멋진 뷰를 감상할 수 있게끔 통창쪽으로 욕조를 붙여 배치했으면 더 좋았을 듯 합니다. 침실에서의 뷰는 정말 오픈되어 있는데 사실 침실에서는 잠만 자지 밖을 잘 안보게 되더군요. 거실과 다이닝룸, 욕실 그리고 화장실마져도 외부뷰를 끌어들이면 보석같은 공간이 되더라구요. 그리고 2층 안방 앞의 복도는 사실 별기능이 없이 중정과 안방의 뷰를 차단하는 역할만 하는 듯합니다. 다른 건 다 좋은듯~!

@@날개-r5g 서울 어디에 짓느냐에 따라 분양가격이 다르지만 저기도 분양가격이 싼게 아닙니다. 저곳 주변은 별다른 시설이 없는 외진곳이에요. 그렇게 보면 엄청 비싼거지요. 서울에 저렇게 지으면 나중에 땅값이라도 남지만 저곳은 땅값이 그렇게 비싼곳이 아니거든요. 되팔때 저가격으로 팔긴 어렵죠.
Now I'm not too familiar with South Korea's real estate market but I do like the architecture and design of the home, I lived in South Korea back in 2004-2006 and they did not have anything comparable to this but if they're friendly to foreign investment. I see no reason why people wouldn't wanna buy these.
Maybe a good vacation house but not a good house to live in ... very complex and can make people claustrophobic with all those ting corridors and corners of the house ... very complex design of rooms as well
I think they way the camera is moving makes it look worse than what actually is. It is impossible to look the layout properly. Unfortunatelly this is the worse camera work I have seen in this channel so far

You can tell that this house was made with every detail in mind.. It looks amazing! Such a dream home.

저도 라트라움 스타일로 이태리 테라조 타일로 시공했는데 ..다행히 생각보다 비싸진 않았습니다~

진짜 실현가능하게 말하면 도시에서 빡센일로 돈엄청모으고 노년에 촌이라불리는 경남이나 충남같은데 땅값이 되게 싼데 직접지으면 실현가능하지 않을까요..? 좋은위치에 있는 저런집은 10~20억가까이 하니까..
물론 가정을 이루고 하면 힘들겠다

집은 요즘 유행하는 디자인에 실외 실내 괜찮은데 landscaping 이 너무 아니네요. 뭘 할려다 돈이 부족해 중간에 그만 둔 듯한. 주변 환경과 조화도 그렇고. 아쉽네요.
