sad how every comment is about her grunts and not about this amazing point, yesterday I watched a man's tennis match short on yt no one mentioned them both grunting like crazy
Unfortunately it's always that way with women's tennis videos, especially clips. It's obviously because even though both men and women yell when striking in tennis, men's yells don't sound nearly as much like moans as the womens'. Still, it's sad that people can't just grow up and either be quiet, or appreciate the tennis itself. Those people aren't generally tennis fans though, so they don't really know what to find interesting other than the funny sounding noises.

She was truly one of a kind. Her game when she had it all was unstoppable no Doubt. I really think the tennis world will realize what they lost by her retirement, in a very short time. I'd say she has too be my all time Favorite.
The most marketable women’s player, sure. But Serena destroyed her time and time again so I don’t think she was ever unstoppable.
She’s a cheat and was banned for doping for a 18 months- it’s no coincidence that as soon as she was pulled up for taking meldonium her performances dropped she was no longer competitive even in her early 30s and she had to retire. It clearly gave her a cardio advantage which was one of her main weapons. It is why the anti doping agency banned it in the first place. It’s also no coincidences that 17% of Russian athletes had this drug in their system. It’s weird how all these Russians have apparent heart issues, must be something in the water.
