Also, to change things up as well, bring in some enemies from demon slayer to give naruto a challenge like izukage did with what if naruto was killua's reincarnation. would be a nice to break away from the normal enemies
And a genjutsu ability that naruto uses to make a reality and it’s basically an arena or battle ground that is built for naruto and he knows ways to get around that reality so he can think of anything in his genjutsu and it will happen

Yo bro can you make a what if deku or naruto had a rebirth quirk or power like the first time they use it they're in the future and get sent back in time and get stronger faster that sounds pretty cool (well in my head at least)
A few ideas for the forms a slash of sound and a barrier like the rotation.

Hope this helps also I will explain the breath forms I made up the
first form: renders an opponent paralyzed.
Second form: makes a gust of wind damageing their hearing and they take damge to the head.
Third form: creates a dozen of air slashes forming air cuts on their body.
Fourth form: makes their body go under complete agony by creating sound waves to their brain
Fifth form: slamming swords to the ground makeing it vibrate and breaking the floor.
Sixth form: same thing as third form but more slashes and alot more damage and leaving their skin to vibrate which is painful.
Senventh form: makeing sound waves in the sky while it rains thunder falls and strikes its opponents it only works when it rains.
Eight form: it inhanes his breath styles but can only be used once every day.
Ninth form: sends a gust of vibration in the area and causes the opponent to be paralyze for a long time and causes them to get injured but the drawback is that the user is also paralyzed as well so not very useful

It is similar to captain kuro’s out of the back attack. He moves around so fast that no one can see him and he attacks any thing he hears move blindly
Weakness: he can’t hear properly so he can tell if they are friend or foe (he can get start to hear more clearly the better he gets at the move), he can only hold the move up for 1 minutes. He can see while the move is active so if some one predicts his movements he can get hurt or even killed.
