This is very important, as you are getting confused when not doing so. Also, if you get anxiety before a reading you may pick your own energy which means: Your own thoughts, feelings and fears. Make sure to GROUND yourself before a reading. Do not do tarot when you are tired as it messes up your intuition to pick the right pile. Since I'm doing this every reading is accurate and I see it in real life as people behave exactly like the reader said. Hope I could help you 🙂

Thank you so much. That means a lot. I’m not sure if they’ve learned because I haven’t had any contact with them in over a year. From my experience with the person in question, they’re pretty immature and are the kind of person that would throw a long time friend under the bus for their significant other. I find it strange that this former long time friend even wants me in their life to begin with. They’re unwilling to talk to me in person and have a frank and honest conversation about what’s bothering them about me. They wouldn’t do it when I asked them what their issues were. They just said I wouldn’t like it. Either way, that being the case, if they do tell me, I may never speak to them again. If they don’t tell me, I definitely won’t speak to them again. I shouldn’t have to explain to a 35 year old grown woman why it’s important to communicate and be honest in any relationship/friendship. I’ve also had a lot of epiphanies and realizations about how I’ve let people treat me in the past with disrespect. No one should have to expend a lot of energy, or fight to prove why we deserve respect and love in any friendship. That should be effortless, while also communicating our boundaries.

When you do this for some time like seconds you may feel some kind of turbulence in your stomach or around your belly button.
