Thank you for the tutorial! After watching this and other videos, I would probably lean toward Covidence over Rayyn as Rayyn doesn't support enhanced PDF viewing, data extraction, or PRISMA chart generation.
Thank you for the great tutorial. Why should we use a citation software (endnote) prior to Rayyan which also can remove duplicates? Can I export from databases into Rayyan directly and skip the endnotes step? Thanks in advance 🙏
You have much more control over detecting duplicates in EndNote (thus allowing you to detect more duplicates), we like Wichor Bramer's EndNote deduplication videos:)
If you have imported from 2 different databases and de-duplicated in Zotero, do you still need to export the folders separately to Rayyan? or could you also combine the two database sets into one and then export? Thanks!
Sorry, I don't have the answer to that. I think it is definitely worth asking the folks at Rayyan about that. I noticed that the DOIs don't get imported in.
To my knowledge there is no way for it to automatically delete duplicates, you have to use the "detect duplicates" button. I prefer to remove duplicates in EndNote or Zotero first.
The tutorial was enlighting and timely for my next systematic review project. Thank you very much! Much appreciated!
this was extremely helpful, thank you very much

This is informative, thanks a lot. how do you get the EBSCOhost info to endnote?

Sure, you could combine them into one set. I just prefer to keep my my databases separate.
Thank you!!
I uploaded mine, but there are no abstracts. It only showed the title and the author. Can someone help me on this?
Is it possible to export the screened articles to Mendeley? Not sure if the RefMan, BibTeX, EndNote or CSV are compatible... thanks!
Yes! You can export from Rayyan either RefMan (RIS) or BibTeX and upload that to Mendeley.
Can it calculate RISK OF BIAS?
can you use Mendeley instead of Zotero or Revman ??
Yes! You definitely can use Mendeley. We are just accustomed to Zotero and EndNote but Mendeley works too!
how can i extract only the DOI of the selected items? Thank you

Is there anyway rayyan automatically delete every duplicate?

@@healthscienceslibraryjabso4279 Thanks. I ended up using Mendeley to delete duplicates, and then running a second removal at rayyan.
