    I always struggled with skinny legs, particulary that outer quad swoop but I started incorporating similar with a 1 and a half rep squat and the legs grew. Definitely a keeper 👌

    I truly appreciate the at home option you provide. I mainly have bands bodyweight and some kbells only. No time to travel to a full gym so these variations are a game changer. I truly thank you.

    Concise information thats actually applicable, really great content man, any alternatives to leg extensions at home ?

    • @DrHolmer
      @DrHolmer 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depending on your strength level you can use rubber bands or a dumbbell between the ancles while sitting on an elevated end of a bench to avoid touching the floor. If you are stronger you can invest in an adjustable bench with a leg extension attachment. Not all of those work well but those that do are worth the investment (I have one from Powertec)
