SCOTT FOSS- SHoF 2022 1970's ERA TWO INDUCTEE

Scott Foss came out of Northern California in the late 1970's and was picked up by Powell Peralta's Bones Brigade but quickly soured on the competition and hype of the skate industry- he chose to stay underground in the backyard ramps and empty pools.
