    Awesome tips. I have thought of doing one of these myself. My basket of braces looks similar. I am lucky I have avoided needing a wheel chair and crutches so far but I was diagnosed at 14 and because of it stopped ballet and cut back my dancing big time. My hips are already really bad but I can’t imagine had I done another decade of ballet training.

      Compression calf sleeves like marathon runners wear are amazing for dysautonomia and POTS.

      @@paigeelizabeth3903 I like the brand 2xU the most. Sometimes they're difficult to get over the ankle and heel since they can be a bit tight, but they feel so good once they're on. Hoping you enjoy them!

    Thank you, I never thought of medication timer app. I have just downloaded MediSafe, this is going to be such a great help on a daily basis!!! :)
