I'm living in BBSR since my schooling also being a foodie but I don't like that place ever or never, I think people are going for cheap price otherwise nothing extra at that place. Now-a-days if u are searching for a mutton meal go with ur Chhotu Bhai to Hotel 'Maa ହାଣ୍ଡିଶାଳ' at Puri new baipass near Pandara Chhak. There are more destinations but this one is best as per my experience.
