With the setting sections issue. Just place 1 of each item in the spare shelves to set them. Then let the stockers fill them up as they go.

they should add a Building mode where shelves and freezers and other things kind of attach to each other so that you dont have to manually line things up. like i said this would be a different mode in building so you could still line things up manually if you wanted

for the shelves i think what would be nice to have is the ability to pre label each shelf like you can in Pumping simulator 2. not in the direct same way but close. as of right now it looks like the last product placed claims the spot until you remove the label.
it would also be nice to designate jobs for the stockers. like you can tell one of them to always keep things on shelves or if shelf stock is X low refill shelf, you can tell another stocker to accept delivery and stock the storage room.
another thing would be nice to have is something like an end report of what was sold so that you can order things more quickly

Im sure it has probably been commented, but there is a way to set your labels on the shelves, fridges, and freezers. Just put 1 thing per shelf, and the stockers will do the rest

Those little A fridges are really bad value. Because they're half the width and more than double the cost of a full size fridge.
Also there's no point closing the store, since 9pm - 8am takes as long as you want.
And the more shelves you add (that you don't need) just add more to your confusion.
