This culture of firing/sacking the manager has reached a ridiculous level that some fans actually believe that’s the answer to everything.
Just as there is so many talented players in the world but only so many spots on a PL club so not everyone can play in PL; it’s same for coaches. There are many coaches out there who can succeed if ever given chance. Ange is a perfect example of that fact !!

Not everything special happens instantly. Took real Madrid decades, took city about 5 years, took Chelsea decades, took Liverpool decades, and yes it's taken arsenal ages too. Sacking him for not getting top 4 without even allowing him to get way better players this upcoming summer is insane. WTF!? Be honest when Ange was appointed and Harry confirmed he was leaving no one, that is pundit or fan were expecting a top 4 finish. Indeed, after last season everyone had Spurs struggling, some even saying they would be in the relegation battle. Fast forward 6+ months and a minority of Spurs fans are calling for Ange’s head if they don’t finish in the top 4. I’m a Ange fan and started following/supporting Spurs because the great man Ange is now the manager. Most Spurs fans are realistic and understand Ange has done a brilliant job with the changes, injuries and players available to him. To those who are calling for Ange’s head if he doesn’t get him a top 4 need to take a good look at themselves as you are the reason for Spurs reputation, that is thinking Spurs are better than they are.

I’m a spurs fan a don’t listen to this guy cause ange is the man in my opinion and at the beginning of the season people would of predicted us to finish around 8 7 or 6th so top 4 was not the original idea for the season . We are having a rebuild and we got to give ange time because i believe we need 1 or 2 players for the starting 11 but we need 4 or 5 for depth

Europe or not most people in general expected europa league at best before the season began and most spurs fans were thinking a finish around 10th-6/5th maybe but the fact we may get ucl next season is a huuuuge bonus. Personally I would have been happy with europa league for his first season since it's a big rebuild he has to do but being where we are atm just shows we're slightly ahead of where we all thought spurs would be
When did it become all about qualifying for Europe ? Ange has done a great job in his first season. Style of football has been outstanding. There's been a few games like the last one for example where you go ' EY? ' but on the whole a really good season and if we do finish short of the top 4 people should remember the injuries we had end of last year plus the fact we lost quite a few of our first team to Asian and African international competitions in January. Also it has after all been our first season without a certain Mr Kane.
That Spurs fan is a plum , Before Ange took over the club was in a mess, it was unbalanced and Kane had left us so many of us thougth we are in for midtable mediocrity. Ange reunited a broken fan base, got us playing attractive football with a identity, played some great stuff away at the emirates and Eitthad, they were always going to be bumps on the way because Ange has only be at the club for eight months.
There are two things that hurt the fans.
1. Playing very attacking football and lose 3-0
2. Playing a very defensive (

The bigger picture is what are the actual expectations for Spurs? Because they’ve been a 4th to 6th place team most years for 15 years. Even the couple years they finished 2nd and 3rd they were never really even close to actually challenging for the title. So Ange can play “exciting” football each week but what are Spurs actually trying to achieve tangibly results wise?

At the same point last season Conte had Spurs a 15 wins 4 draws 9 losses in 5th 6 points off top 4. Is it that different? He plays “better” football and is more likable I guess.
It's drastically different. Last year's spurs were in a false position all season long, the performances were so consistently bad that even us spurs fans couldn't believe we were getting away with it. We all said there's no way we'll get away with it if the bad performances continued, and eventually that's what happened, we slid down the table and put in even worse embarrassments of performances that led to Conte and his assistant even being dramatically axed.
This year's spurs are well deserving of 4th or 5th, and nobody really sees us dropping off. The point is, Conte was incredibly lucky to get a lot of the points he had last season, so pointing out a similarity in that is pretty much 'pointless'. 😜
Conte had the club’s best ever goal scorer at his disposal….

Reality check time for Spurs fans, and I don't mean this as an attack. Spurs is not an 'elite' team. This needs to be accepted. They are a damn good team, arguably a great team, but you are not among the best in Europe, and you need to be more realistic in your expectations. Why would you want to be in the Champions League, knowing you are inevitably going to get knocked out, when you could go in Europa and truly compete for winning the whole competition. More than anything, you need a trophy to stick it to your critics and build more momentum. This obsession with CL will keep you in purgatory forever. Aim for what you can achieve and build on that.
