    Really good videos, Julian. We're looking forward to getting this all implemented on our new site once it's ready.

    Hi Julian I'm having an issue with FB while doing the applications.------- The pixel for this event is not paired with a product catalog. This may cause your catalog features and dynamic ads to not work properly.----What can I do to fixed it? Thank you so much!

    Hi Julian! One question: how does FBAds or GAds know which one is responsible for adding to cart when two event tag codes are deployed. In your example both Fb pixel and GA fired and you hadn't been even referred as user neither from FB nor from Google Ads. How does it work in real life?

    I have a Wordpress site where users can create a user generated post based on a predefined template) when they submit a Gravity Form entry. Each new post that is created has buttons that a viewer on the page can click (creating an event). As long as the button names are consistent for every post that is created, can I set it up to where these auto-event tags will trigger and track on every new post that's created (let's say within that category of posts) or is that something that I'd manually have to set up each time a new post is created? I'll keep reviewing your videos to learn more but I just wanted to check on this specific end goal of mine before I spent a significant amount of time trying to implement on my own when I should have sent this to my developer instead. Thanks!

      no, you wouldn't have to set it up manually each time. That's the beauty of a trigger. You can be very narrow with your targeting or make is super flexible. The button name is just one attribute, but you might want to look at the class or id that your button has and use that in a trigger too.

    Hi Julian, Osanda here from Sri Sri Lanka. I want to track call and text lines given on a telehealth website I run Google Ads for. Those text and call links when clicked from desktop don't direct to any page. Maybe when it clicked from mobile loads. I need to track all these text and call lines throughout the site. How can I track all of these? Please comment. Thank you in advance 🙏

    Hi, You are doing a great job, Can you help me understand better.....
    1 - Is GTM the only tool to place tracking of event/trigger on the website? If others name few...
    2 - Do we need to update the GTM CODE placed on our website (Source Code) every time after we add any new event or a pixel code in GTM?

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Nouman, Thank you for your question.
      1. GTM is not the only tools that place tracking code on website, there are other tools too, however GTM is free and is taking more market share. More information: www.amazeemetrics.com/en/blog/analytics-tips-6-tag-management-tools-you-should-know/
      2. You only need to implement GTM Code one time, and then all the updates of new events are managed inside GTM, you don't need to update GTM Code every time.
      Hope it helps.

    Hi Julian, So our website has multiple clients, it there a way of creating a separate account/folder in Tag Manager for every client where only their properties will be tracked and analyzed? Once this is done than is there a way of generating reports for all of he client properties say over 30, 60 or 90 days?

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, there is a way. With that many accounts I would recommend to use different accounts per client

    thank you so much for great lessons Julian! I've watched them all to this chapter.
    could you please help me through this please?
    I want to see how many people install my PWA app from website, I got a code that works and console log when I install app on my computer. but don't know what to write instead of console.log in for the tag to work, I put trigger on all pages, and just opened up html tag and put this code below there, what should I do to make it work?
    thank you!
    window.addEventListener('appinstalled', (evt) => {
    console.log('PWA App installed successfully');
    });

    This was so helpful! How do you see when the events are happening once they are set up in GTM??

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      where do you want to see that?

    Hi there, what is the extension you're using on Google Chrome to review the trigger fires?

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      no, you can do it with the preview and debug mode built into gtm

    • @solidversegames1668
      @solidversegames1668 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's what I was wondering too! So next to the submit, click on preview. The orange banner appears and says "Now Previewing Workplace..." and it gives you the instructions right there. Open a new tab and go to your site that GTM is tracking and it will automatically pop up. (Only works for the website your tracking).

    Sir, before configure Event Tracking, shall I have to set up any Goal in Google Analytics? What Goal I have to set in Google Analytics?

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      no, don't have to. Once you have setup the event you can turn it into a goal conversion. Look up my other video to do so

    Well this is new to me, i've installed tag manager several times, and never had to add the click all elements trigger, it was kind of automatic.

    • @MeasureSchool
      @MeasureSchool  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      ok, different methods to do the same thing. This is how I do it, but if it's automatic for you, then you might have a different method running
