Koi real hero nhi hote bas order jhadte hai lower heirarchy ko , jabki mla aur mp sidhe sidhe bhid jate hain ips and ias se . Chahe toh unka transfer bhi kr sakte hain. Pcs officers ka toh aur bura haal hai kyunki unhe toh state government araam se nikal sakti hai.

Most of the people become MLA MP IAS IPS just to show power . Most of the time forget about responsibility
Not all MLA/MPs are state/union council of ministers. Both elected and nominated MPs can become part of the Council of Ministers(Union). IAS officers are the eyes and ears of the sitting Chief Minister who is the head of the govt. MP/MLAs are part of the Legislative and Ministers and IAS officers represent the Executive body. They implement the laws and policies formulated by the Legislative. Ergo, they hold administrative powers due to their prime role in execution. You should check the current list of Union Council of Ministers who are part of the PM's Cabinet. You will find many Ex-Bureaucrats in the cabinet holding different ministerial portfolios. The majority of those Bureaucrats are also IAS. Only during coalition govt, do MP/MLAs have leverage over CM's decision-making authority. All Bureaucrats/MPs/MLAs/MLCs have access to the CM. In fact, IAS has more as they are Principal Secretary to CM, PS to CM, etc but leverage and significant control over his decisions depends on different factors like what you hold against him to bind his decisions in your favor.

न तो MLA,,न तो Deputy Commissioner, न तो S.D.M. सभी टाइम पास करते हैं। आम जनता की कोई सुनवाई नहीं करते । आम जनता के मानब अधिकारों का हनन करना जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है। उदाहरण चुनाव क्षेत्र चिंतपुरणी, जिला ऊना, S.D.M.Office Bangana जो चुनाव क्षेत्र कुटलैहड़ मे है। पक्षपात से काम होते हैं। Eyes Witnesses Proof Since long time. But no action about development, and Tehsil Jol सबँधित काम आम जनता के नहीं हो रहे। फिर काम करने की Power किसको ? मानब अधिकारों का हनन । फिर यह M.L.A. Or अधिकारी किस लिए ? Several Complaints with all proof but Zero action. Only time pass.

DM is an educational post whereas MP is an ministerial post . Both are incomparable .
