The Backrooms and the SCP Foundation are separate from each other, but there is a plague doctor entity that is friendly towards survivors and will even protect them from hostile entities. Although he is friendly, with him even welcoming survivors into his home to have drinks with him, he has been known to kill survivors, with him sporting a skewed human intestine on his front lawn.
What I’m saying is, you can totally imagine 049 just no-clipping into the backrooms whenever he needs a break from his cure (or if we’re being more realistic to his personality, he can no longer cure due to the the omega-K event which prevents death, a process required for his cure) and kicking some Hound ass for a wanderer and then inviting them for a drink.

The intro didnt get me, but when it happened in the video, and I had forgotten the intro (I usually try to so it doesnt spoil it), it was soooooo good. I was super invested with my phone right in front of my face, then you think you're okay cuz he closed the door, right? Wrong.

It’s the fact that they don’t jump into a closet whenever they hear a scary noise for Me. I could never I’m too black for that.

@@roy3113 Backroom is like a space with many levels, I've watched tons of backroom's lore and stuff but It's hard to explain with my potato english so I'm so sorry, I'll try my best
Frontroom is Earth where we live in right now, while backroom is a space unknown where it is with many levels and entity, each level have their own difficulty, for ex, if it's a safe level then it means that level doesn't have many entity or not at all, I recommend you to watch Broogli yt channel for more Backroom explanation, he not only did levels explanation but also entity in detail.
