If people can afford a house and 1 hectare of land, it is impossible to raise and maintain cows, chickens, etc. most people want things that are easy to maintain like fruit and vegetable gardens, ponds filled with fish.

Some people love to live in a higher level house....it gives a sense of safety, privacy and space. Especially in a farm setup, there's less chances of creepycrawlies such as snakes, centipedes etc troubling you.

Design is awesome no doubt , but in one acre it all feels very congested and practical output won't be like this , just for visual it looks good , according to your design it need atleast 8-10acres
