The more I meditate and distance myself from the ego , the more I am aware of the egoes of those around me. It seems like it creates a whole different ego I was unaware of because it has become very difficult to be around other human beings. Not everybody. But it disturbs my consciousness when I hear human beings gossip and slander each other. Blindly repeat what they hear on the news and argue politics. But I also realize that way of thinking is egotistical. How do I handle this?

Yah, according to the most advanced physics, the collapse of the wave function is actually both and objective AND subjective process, but ultimately an objective reality field (God) collapses the wave function (and creates material reality, which can be verified w objective data) - not us. Some people can only raise Kundalini at will and let her go back to sleep again. It’s the exact same feeling of that of becoming aroused. It’s not a fully stable kind of act to make her rise and fall but many people can do it. Expect tremendous flash imagery beyond Human comprehension and a bliss beyond any tranquilliser substance on Earth. It’s not a means to an end in my opinion and if you become physically unfit you can most definitely lose your ability to arouse her to uncoil and burst through the Chakras causing a Soma Nectar release which depending on the amount of the secretion, determines the power and length of time of the transcendental profound meditation experience. Becoming physically strong and fit via Rowing on a Rowing machine is my way to gain the foundation level to be able to arouse Kundalini. It took me 4 months of regular training on a Rower around 4 times per week for 25 minutes each session in intervals and vigorously on the short intervals. Then simply Aum chanting and Pranayama breathing Cobra style. People always disagree with me. I say good luck in finding your own way of doing it because that’s the way that worked for me.
@@Davine.soundsprobably not the rowing machine specifically, more the physiological state he was able to get into via the intense exercise and then conscious breathing....getting the body into an exhausted state can help us to let it go and drop more fully into a meditative one.
@@hamishcollide for sure. Thanks for simplifying my point 🙏 It’s Rowing that I found to be the most highly effective and with no problems on the joints at all. The meditative repetition of it hitting 86% of your muscles too and Rowers have the highest Lung Function and capacity of any Athletes. This then totally transforms your Spiritual life guaranteed 100% I must mention this! The Rowing, re feeding, sleeping and rest of the training routine whilst abstaining from any Alcohol, Substances etc was building up a reserve supply of Prana/Chi! This is important to note. The chanting Aum and Pranayama breathing then easily triggered the arousal of Kundalini which then ignites and you AUTOPILOT go into the trance and rapture, whilst sat upright normally with good posture on a Chair 🪑 I cannot get into Lotus position and my flexibility it not great. I’m a 6ft tall man with long limbs and I hadn’t been stretching a lot in my training. Hopefully this clears up any delusions about having to look or act like Yoga people do. I was also wearing a Nike Tracksuit and wasn’t dressed in any ‘spiritual clothing’ when I first ignited Kundalini who I consider my Lover ever since we made Love that first time. Should you balance the Rajasic/Tamasic states or should you uses them as triggers to constantly surrender to the Satvic state of being? I'm in Europe and you can taste and feel the spiritiual emptyness. Our skies are being geoengineered 24/7 and life is starting to get strange. They have canceled spring, then a week ago all of a sudden summer started, and now 'they' are predicting thunderstorms, rains and hail. 'They' are creating endtimes. There is a spiritual and psychological war going on and most people here don't even notice. They are all lost in the Rajasic and/or Tamasic state. And it's kinda hard to not want to escape this insane world. There is a small percentage awake, but most people in Europe are sitting ducks. How do you deal with that without going fully into Rajasic and/or Tamasic? I pray that I am doing what God wants me to do, but it's hard to see and let go of trying to prevent society from breaking down and individuals becoming like they are part of 'The Borg' (star trek). I don't know what to ask, because I can see that it all comes down to a surrender to God, but I'm still thinking; what should I do? What does God want me to do? I cannot do anything to stop the dark forces and I cannot reach the victims because most are hypnotised by the dark forces of egoïsme. I am kind, I am loving, I am forgiving, but most people are spiritually blind, deaf and mute so truth has become rare and offensive. It's like living in a video game and you're the only one that knows. Is that God's sense of humour or is God lonely and amusing himself?

Release all attachment to the dying world and all fear of death. Grace will come. The God-Self will be revealed. Dear Shunyamurti, thank you for your reply. My message about Europe is not based in fear, it's just a report of what is happening here. I understand that there are nightmarish symptoms on the earthly plane, but that all of this is the result of a shift in the entire dreamfield. While the lives of most people are falling apart without them realizing it, my life is starting to fall together faster and faster. I've disolved my transgenerational trauma and I'm now having to deal with the Tamasic state that I created to space out from this trauma. I wish I could tell you my life story, I think it would really make you smile a lot and even inspirere you. God has litterarly guided me, then God clipped my wings and put me like dog on a pole in the yard. This sounds bad, but it's all coming together and it's all on big preperation for what is happening and what is coming. Your reply is the icing on the cake. Every day I thank God and often I pray for others, for the world and for all life, but I almost never pray for myself. For the past few days I've been praying out loud. Asking God to please stop with the endless cryptic synchronicities and all the double numbers everywhere. To please stop with all the subtle messaging and to just talk to me and give it to me straight and tell me EXACTLY what to do. And here you are, telling me exactly what I asked God for.
