I play on controller and the hemlock with no stock is super fun. It’s not competitive at range by any means but it’s super fun to zip around the map and still have reasonable recoil.
It's nutty how rare it was to see someone using the SCAR or AK in MW19 and then fast forwarding to now when the majority of players are using the SCAR-L and Vityaz for MW2's entire life cycle.

The reason why is because the M4 and especially Amax were so strong, there was no reason to. AMax was better than the AK and scar and literally every way, from recoil(none),3 hit range, fire rate, etc. I miss that gun
That riot shield dude is exactly why the Drill Charge noobtube exists lol. You get two drill charges, a tiny amount of recoil stabilization and it doesn't penalize ADS speed at all despite what the Gunsmith description says

What’s funny is how footsteps are loud. Like ppl would call u out for walls & stuff but forget about footsteps & u can hear them & predict where they gonna come from. Mw2019 had the same thing where ppl would call walls when footsteps weren’t as loud but u could still hear & predict their move & know where they would pop out from.

Now that the real ACR is coming back with MWIII, is going to be sad to see the ISO Hemlock being forgotten. They should have just gave us the ACR in this game and don't pretend this weapon was and ACR with the MW2 bundles
I think it's great that there are extreme close quarters parts, cause if you want to play competitively you need to adapt to what your opponents are using, have a few loadouts ready and just switch. Makes the game more interesting.
I like the Hemlock more with Blackout rounds, its very consistent even at extreme ranges and that plus of no tracers and no death skulls confuses people even today

Iso has always been to me when it came out at the top next the the Taq and m4. Personally I like something about the iso idk. M4 is trusty fallback but iso is what I’m picking if I can only have 1

They should make the riot shield a field upgrade that can take a certain amount of damage before breaking

Hemlock with 300blk rounds is a bit more inconsistent, but more fun imo.

With the headshot multiplier nerf on the TAQ, the Hemlock is just the better gun for range.

The hemlock is the only AR after the 762 nerf that I can challenge the TAQ56 with.
I've oddly been enjoying the kastov 545 against TAQ56's, its not winning all the gun fights but theres a good few I do win
