There’s a difference between Shadow Company in MW2(2009) vs MW2(2022), MW22 SC is a PMC in MW09 they’re a company sized USOCOM element directly under General Shepherd’s command.
In MW09 timeline General Shepherd basically becomes a MacArthur/Patton when the Russian invade homeland USA and after congress signs him a blank check.
Still haven’t played the Mw2-22 campaign and never intend to, this is only one correct answer.

The original Shadow Co. are also PMCs. Their dialogue talks about receiving bonuses for headshots, the SUVs are meant to signify this otherwise they'd just HMMWV it. They're not a company-sized anything, there are hundreds of troops and pilots engaged at the Boneyard simultaneous to the unit's operation in Caucasia

It would be great if we saw some maps based in the USA etc, I'd enjoy that. IIRC BF2 had a very light DLC that did that.
At this point anything in a western, developed nation would be a great break from the extremely generic and beaten-to-death tactical FPS special of 'desert maps and Ukrainian forest maps. Never anything else.'

@@shadow7988 To be fair, we have 2 Scandinavian maps, 7 in Eastern Europe, 7 in Afghanistan/Pakistan, 1 in Eastern Asia, 5 in the Middle East, and 2 in Canada. That's a whole lot more variety than only "desert and Ukrainian forests."
At the same time, I agree that they're beaten to death by the majority of tactical FPS games and Squad players often vote for those ones. As much as I'd love to see a US map introduced with the new PMC faction, I'd also love to see some love for Central/South America and more SE Asia since Sanxian is so lonely in its own category.

Im in a military family and none of us would follow those orders, and none of the veteran friends i have would follow them either. Would definitely like to see a squad mixed with American and British faction working together. Against another faction being mixed to fight against the Americans and British faction.

This shadow company is in the OG mw2 or atleast the character models are or are similar to them besides names theres not much linking it to them, wish there was more modded servers and more maps in general
Loved the video @MoiDawg! Can't wait for the next video man! Shadow Company coming in Clutch like in Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2. Just Hope me and my boy's in Ghost Division and my people in the Independent Republic of Cadria (I.R.C.) Can do at least half as well, although considering that the Army Retired the Stryker MGS after 2 Years, I don't think we'd be seeing them at all.
For those who may be wondering, Ghost Division is mainly a Group that I Formed within Azur Lane's share of the Anime Community, our "Cannon" (if you will) is that we are the Bodyguards for Admiral @RyumaBrunestud and his Wives (Bismarck and her Sister Tirpitz and her Aide Friedrich der Größe from Azur Lane Camp Iron Blood and USS Enterprise (CV-6) from Eagle Union and Azur Lane on the Whole) as well as a Special Operations Group whose Missions usually put Royal Navy's Maid Corps to Shame and Agent 47 from Hitman void his own Bowels.
The Independent Republic of Cadria (I.R.C.) is a Faction that I lead in the wake of Things going through the Roof after the Globalists take over the United States of America by Assisting in a Joint Russian-Chinese lead U.N. Invasion.
In both cases, we put more faith in doing things ourselves than leaving them up to Overglorified Desktop Computers and we use Equipment and Vehicles spanning from World War Two to Vietnam and even the Tomcats of the 1980's. We work closely with People across the World who are Tired of seeing the Globalists give their Countries to those who aren't even native like the British and Various Areas of the French, The Australians and New Zealanders while also Supplying People in Canada to ensure that Trudeau doesn't stay in the Canadian Parliment for another Year, Month, Week or even Day. Our usual Standard Ammunition is either .30-06 or 7.62×51mm NATO, but we will use Weapons for .303 British, 7.92×57mm Mauser, 9×19mm Parabellum, 7.92×33mm Kurz, and in some Cases 7.62×36mm or 7.62×54mm Tokarev because the Entire West which we have called home for our whole lives has effectively proven even the Soviet Union right about us having things too cushy.
And as you might expect, even we have Browning M2HB .50 Caliber Machine Guns, because sometimes you just need to shut the Enemy up!

I really wish they would update scoring so that some of these support classes like AT and engineers get credit for their efforts. I know it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of a teamwork-based game, but instead of seeing on the scoreboard that you got 2 kills and died 10 times . . .
it would show that you got 2 kills, died 10 times, took out a radio (20 tickets), assisted destroying 2 APCs, destroyed an APC (10 tickets).
That tells a totally different story about your contribution to the team. Like that one-two knockout highlighted in the beginning. The AT guy who helped make that quick deletion possible, got nothing for that, according to the scoreboard.

I run smoothly on a 1660ti, I7,, and 16GB of ram, your gonna be more than fine though I hear the Ryzen graphics cards run a little worse on squad than nividia.
I've got pretty much the same build except for rx6700. Sometimes it runs out of VRAM on high settings, but overall its fine
What a terrible showing for the Army side. Maybe Squad needs a vehicle overhaul like infantry got, because it's obvious after years of squad that there's just going to have to be obvious game mechanic incentives for vehicles to actually be near and help infantry instead of playing warthunder all match.

I love the idea and execution of this, great content! Love Bradley action and Brad V Brad was awesome to see even if it only lasted for a short while. Clearly the shadow company Brad crew all survived because they weren't in the tank. Gotta love that bad writing, gives randos class 20 plot armor.
However I expect the comments to turn into a complete political/troll/anti-western propaganda shitshow as the core channel audience's wholesome posts get drowned out by internet filth. Hopefully I'm too pessimistic and it won't be as bad as I fear LOL.

Admins have that privilege. And incase intentional TK's and admin calling, that's why they have that.
he uses the admin abilities to move around and survey the match when you won servers you can do stuff like that

Depends on what year it is. If its newer (2021+) and 16gb ram you'll run well on medium to high. Just realize you need airflow on your laptop to help cool it off. Squad can be processor intensive. Hope this helps :)
I played squad most of the time on my laptop. It runs well. Just make sure you have a good airflow, a good processor, and a semi solid GPU.
airflow matters a ton, it heats up my computer a lot so make sure that you have a cooling pad underneath just so it can draw air more efficiently and it able to expell heat better.

I love these videos but the constant map opening just crushes my enthusiasm, I understand it's to showcase the whole scenario but it takes away from the cinematic experience for me. Would love to see less map opening and more chaos.
I'm looking into getting another client to record the map the entire time. May or may not work out but I understand!

Political for the sake of being political, vehicle loadouts and infantry kits are overstuffed, and playerbase is mostly people, who dont care about strategy and all (and mod does not strongly promote strategy either). Vanilla might seem boring and bland in comparison, but this is the case of “less is more”.
