- I adore their relationship. It's a shame that so many people have either left or died but I'm happy that at least Alex and Meredith still got each other. I would love for them to actually date but even if that never happens I guess I'll be fine as long as they're each others person. Enjoy the video!

Man, they are like long list broken siblings, who got lost and found each other. They hate each other but can't stand being without each other. And deep now, they know and desire to be for each other no matter the rubbish they encounter from each other, or from their broken lives, they're trying to build with each other.
Sigh, it's so painful yet so touching, they way they stick to and are loyal for each other. I'm crying bucket loads seeing their friendship together. It's so rare..

Yay!!! More people who love #TeamMerlex!!! I am in love with them together. Alex & Meredith compliment each other so well. Meredith helps Alex out of his fights and calms him down. He can open up to her about anything that's going on with him, and vice versa. Alex helped her after Derek died and Cristina left. Also after Meredith got beaten up by that patient in Season 12. #TeamMerlex all the way!!!

I have watched all seasons bar 12 and 13 I've started from the beginning because I got hooked on Greys in season 4 so now I'm starting from scratch I'm sure each season is going to be better than the one before especially since I've been looking at all the comments on here. As much as I want to agree with you, I can't. Meredith and Alex have one of the best friendships on the show. She was THE one who cared for him when no one did in the beginning. To see both of them hook up would be kind of weird. They should stay how they are. When you say they're cute, they are cute coz they've been together and been through a lot together. But, its more like a brother-sister relationship, so even if they are together, and they break up, imagine how much that would affect both of them.
Notice after every fight Alex got in Meredith was always there even if she knew he was wrong she never left his side that’s a true friendship

meredith and alex prolly have the best friendship in the whole show. like really they are always there for each other and can always count on each other. cristina was good, but alex is great. ever since she loss derek he was there more than anyone. when she got attacked, he was always there. and i’m sure meredith would do the same. they always try to protect each other from everything. they love each other. in the beginning, i would have never thought that they would get as close as they are. with them being the last of the original 5 interns, they really count on each other like nobody else. nobody can ever beat their friendship.

Actually the whole show is the story about them two: it starts when they first meet and after everything that's happened since the start they finally realize that they are made for each other. Derek was just a passing phase in her life, Alex is the one.

After Derek, I never thought I would ever be okay with Mer and anyone....But with Alex...I really think it would be the perfect story...They both lost their first love...Mer knows how much Alex loved Izzie and Alex knows that no one can replace Derek in Mer's life...and they're the only ones left from the original cast....they are just so meant to be!
