The reason you have a fuel leak is because you did not put a gas relief valve for the fuel tank, the same thing happened to my friend when he was flying his plane.
Fluid tank should be at the front, with open space at the back. You need weight at the front, that’ll put weight onto your drive axle on the truck. Otherwise it’ll bounce and snake.

the trailer, you could do the same as the the neck but a little smaller on the rear wheel off the trailer so it raise the base up from impact of the floor the tank section for off road. shorten tthe front neck up a few blocks so it lifts it up on the rear wheels of trailer.

Add little legs on the front of the trailer so its easier to attach and so it can stand on its own
He doesn’t have compact pivots yet
You should tuck the wheels in more and use them forward a bit maybe under the front two arches on the tank
