What a cute dog 🐕❤ and so well behaved. I keep waiting for her to give the dog some of the good stuff to eat but she's keeping it all for herself. It's got to be hard for the dog to smell the food and then watch her enjoying it! Maybe if HE shares HIS food with Her ❤ She'll share her food with him. Main food never make anyone fat, but sugary drinks and desserts. I eat a lot of food, but don't gain weight too. However, it doesn't mean "healthy" sometime. Main food without fibers load is risk of "skinny fat" or type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance or diabetes-like symptom. I eat main food, hate sweet, but still have diabetes-like symptom because I ate too much, less fibers before. The classic symptom is "short eye sight", low blood pressure due to some kidney function is malfunction. So I try to eat as much enough fresh raw vegetable per day as I can.
Oh, and I woman I just just dead by diabetes. She had never gained weight either, she was so slim and ate much. Food lover, but dead from diabetes at age 28.

@Ana Moreno: OBESA Y DEFORME what kind of main food do you eat? I don't know where do you come from, once I lived in western culture, they ate too small potion of main food, high carbs, less protien so they are fat.
Let me tell you why. Eating too small potion of food doesn't provide enough energy so they've got hypothyroid = less metabolism. Some Asian people avoids main food to eat only apple, and they got fat either.
For other meal they may drink some sugar added coffee, but body'd rather turn it as the fat and save it. As same as fruits. Many person are fat just eating fruit because there's no enough protien. Metabolic hormones need protien.
(fruit, sugar are carbs)
Never blame on food, just blame on the eating habit that never based on physical biology. I've tried both. Eat less made me get bigger with fat but lose weight, while I ate 5 meals with high protien and fibers, I gained weight of muscle mass, but loss fat.
I was a fat girl before and It caused me trouble, so I've changed.

I came from toxic family. I got chronic depression, and my metabolic is still fine coz I've been eating the right food and keep learning, loving my self. I know a guy who gets depression, his cholesterol lvl is 300, but he is on the right diet so he isn't big, and hasn't have heart disease.
If a person know what is life's toxic, just support other good life quality. Food related to depression either. No one never lock someone to be free from it, or educate.
