Very helpful for me as a man to learn, understand and know so that I can better empathize with and serve others and a spouse one day.

Man here, we had a class in college where we learned about NFP and the different methods and I can honestly say it was a game changer for me in terms of appreciating the male/female relationship at many levels.

Men's overall discomfort with the subject is something my fiancé laughed about, since it's so normal for women.
Joking aside, NFP is something that's good for any man to know about. Understanding the cycle can also bring a bit of comfort to a man, as it can help us avoid awkward circumstances (ex: Knowing when to plan that beach date). Not to mention help us understand emotional changes without fearing as much that we caused it when we didn't.
That talk about health is also CRUCIAL. Women can actually go completely sterile if she is physically or psychologically unwell.

The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife.

When a man is equally invested and interested in a woman’s fertility and health it is so attractive!! It shows us that you really care and can help lead us when maybe our emotions are leading us instead 😂

If a woman is unhealthy when she can't conceive, isn't she unhealthy when she menstruating or after menopause? I don't think these folks have thought this through.

You can still conceive during menstruation, but the chances are slim. Also, they are correct. "Health" means that everything is working how they are supposed to. Old age is normal, sure, but no one will say that an arthritic knee is a healthy knee, or thinning and fragile hair is healthy hair. You can still be considered healthy as an older person, but the standards for seniors are actually lowered, e.g. healthy V02 max is lower for 60+ than for 30+, and connected to that the nutritional needs are raised, e.g. more calories, more of certain nutrients, because of what naturally occurs as we age.

I know. My wife was much more horny when she was ovulating - and on flipside there wasn't much enthusiasm for sex when she wasn't , and having duty sex for the husband isn't much fun either. It seemed the more kids we had the more sex became scarcity too ( once week, to once a month, to not at all). Goodtimes!
