I should probably explain the confusing order of O.H's songs in the lore
Waterfall Encounter (this song) is the first encounter with O.H, as this time he doesn't appear in that one door room in snowdin like regular dust does with his first encounter
The Burden takes place right after O.H uses the souls to destroy the barrier, and you two fight on the surface
Rampage Megalovania takes place in the city
And finally, a promise kept takes place after O.H finally takes your soul, and instead of using your soul to reset, he absorbs it to annihilate the globe for his own greedy pleasures
