Yes, sure. If by copying you mean listening to the original score, reading few sheets and looking at some diffrent piano performances and then making every sound separately in the software then ok. Yes I know Kyle Landry's version and I don't think it's so similar.

Actually i found the parts at 1:38 to be the easiest. Once you get the rythm that whole piece falls into plave pretty well. Just practice my friend!
