- यूपीएससी की सिविल सेवा परीक्षा के नतीजे घोषित हो गए और इस बार बिहार के रहने वाले शुभम कुमार ने इस परीक्षा में टॉप किया. शुभम आईआईटी बॉम्बे से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग कर चुके हैं और सिविल सेवा परीक्षा में यह उनका तीसरा प्रयास था. शुभम फिलहाल पुणे में इंडियन डिफेंस अकाउंट सर्विसेज की ट्रेनिंग कर रहे हैं. पुणे में उनके साथ बीबीसी ने ख़ास बातचीत की.
