it was fairly simple. i told my coords/leaders in advance but you definitely don’t have to do that. i just told the programs office front desk (at flamingo) that i was planning on terming in a week or two, gave them a specific day, and they told me i had to be out by noon that day. i have heard from other people though that if they go say that, the people at front desk don’t wait the two weeks and just make them term then, but i don’t know how accurate that is.

How long was your program? I thought they were around 6 mos anyway. So sorry you had bad leadership. That really makes or breaks the experience :(
