      The Cletrac made tractors for Wards before they sold the patent to BF Avery. Minneapolis Moline bought the patent from Avery, and made a variation called the Mode BF.

      @@brycewiborg8095 yep, cletrac was a really interesting company that doesn't seem to get much attention these days

      When Bataan was captured in WWII US troops had to blow up the artillery pieces because the Caterpillars were the prime movers for the artillery. They weren't fast enough to stay ahead of the rapid Japanese advance.

    What do you think Dave, how does it compare to Rollag?

    • @countryguy828
      @countryguy828  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's about the same size. Not nearly as much activity, but has a lot of flea market for those into that. They do a good job but rollag is my happy place.

      @@countryguy828 FF site says it’s 374 acres which would make it larger, but it looks like Rollag has more and rarer stuff. My uncle talked highly of the flywheeler show ranking it #1 but I always suspected Rollag would be hard to beat!

      @crazydave4455 flywheelers is a nice getaway when it's a cold winter. Rollag has more to offer in my opinion. But you know what they say about opinions.
