He is actually giving out his secrets to the people that learns it , it looks so simple with huge benefits in every way. I just wish that the future society could space out more time for everyone to engage in arts like this that requires so much time and effort.
This is amazing karma to gain the opportunity to study from Grandmaster Zhong Yun Long! Deep gratitude for your sharing of this on TH-cam dialogues for change!
+Dialogues for Change so nice to see an actual master teach his art! As a lifelong kung-fu practitioner, it always made me smile when someone would try to mimic my movements then say, ".Wow! I didn't't realize how strong you were! Especially in the legs!". Such is the deceptive quality of kung-fu, both the many Buddhist and Taoist styles. What a wonderful way of life! I admire and thank the Chinese for sharing their arts with the world!
So if one dissects, we are learning how to stand , how to breath, how to move , how to be, incredible how we are so caught up in self and other matters that these basic forms of being, escape humans. 🍻
Thank you very much! There is great training drills for Taiyi Wujingchuan and long form VERY NICE. I learned from Zhou Xuan Yun also check out Wudang Bing; I think master in this video is Bing"s uncle?
Hello :-) I am happy the video inspired you! Yes, Master Zhong is Master Bing's uncle. He is also the Grandmaster of Wudang Sanfeng Pai who has trained all the 15th generation Masters. Good Qi and beautiful inspirations to you :-)
You can find all my videos related to Wudang Martial Arts in my playlist "Martial Arts". And you can find more general videos of Wudang (the temples, the mountains etc.) in my playlist "Wudang Shan". Good Qi and beautiful inspirations from Wudang to you!
Brandi Patterson I am happy the video inspired you. Master Zhong was indeed in charge at the Purple Heaven Temple in Wudang before retreating to his cave for some years.
+Coach Melvin He lived in a cave for a few years to "cultivate". It's a common taoist practice to retreat to the mountains at some point to deepen one's practice. Now he is back and teaching.
+Dialogues for Change I was wondering. where do they get their food and water? I have always thought about mountains training but my wilderness living skills are not up to par.
+daboodeef179 Well, for those really going into the wilderness to cultivate, either they have to manage, or they have disciples/people they know who bring food from time to time. As for water, there are many streams - you just have to pick your location wisely :-)
Master Zhong Yun Long has my utmost attention whatever movements refers - and his pupils surely represent more YIN [better: a real balance of YIN / YANG] than most of the women I ever met. If I could afford - I would change the center of my living to ChiNA (OLD China).
+Dialogues for Change So, is Master Zhong the one Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming got his training from? I've always wanted to know who he studied under. I've also wanted to know if Dr. Yang learned Taiji Ball from Master Zhong. Thank you.
What a privilege to have been in that lesson. And with both Frank and Christoph as well.
Yes - very nice memories! 😊

CAVE???? So he's living in a CAVE now? What is he doing there?

...que lástima que no está en español,muy lindo igual para hacer
Surely he is real deal. Just he looks so similar to this Master Qiu from Quanzhen School in the famous A Hero Born: Legends of the Condor Heroes
Of course he's the real deal. He's the keeper of the wudang system...
Master Zhong Yun Long has my utmost attention whatever movements refers - and
his pupils surely represent more YIN [better: a real balance of YIN / YANG]
than most of the women I ever met.

This is not an easy exercise to it will work if I keep practicing kind of confusing.
Good video!
I'm happy you enjoyed it :-)

+Dialoguesforchange Do you know if Master Wang Li Peng teaches at Wudang?
I don't know.
Maestro, ponga un poquito de orden que cada uno va con la pierna que le apetece.
我因年老,平衡感差,看了這段影片,覺得可以模仿學習,應該會逐漸改善。
Must have strong legs!
is that Dr. Yang, Jwing Ming hes teaching?
Dr. Yang Jwing Ming was not there.
+Dialogues for Change

+Coach Melvin I do not know about Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming's lineage but I do not think he practiced with Master Zhong.
Why have they lynched that guy in the background, bad technique?qigong?
+dcperry1 ??
Grandmaster of WuDang have not grown old at all.... His direct disciples, all the Shifu Masters, look older than him.

+Franck Yan 我很高兴你喜欢的视频。我是奥地利人 :-)

thanasis tserpelis The Taiji Quan parts that are being shown in this video are from the 108 form which is an elaboration of the 13 form.
