Tunde Ke Kabab, also known as meat galouti kebab, is a dish made out of minced meat which is popular in Lucknow, India. It is part of Awadhi cuisine..
Ingredients:
500 g mutton/ bufallo meat + 50 g mutton fat
75 g raw papaya paste
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kabab cheeni
4-5 long pepper
4-5 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 tbsp poppy seeds
10-12 cashews
1/4 cup dry rose petals
1 medium + 1 small fried onion paste
50 g roasted chickpeas flour / gram flour
11/2 tsp salt
1 tsp heaped yellow chili powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
3-4 drop of meetha attar
1 tbsp kewra water
pinch of food color
1/2-1 egg
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp milk

coriander leaves
green chillies
lemon
salt
black salt
yogurt
cashews
