The funny thing is that 'ka hui gawa' isn't a phrase in any Bihari language. This phrase is from Awadhi. In fact, most of the phrases you will come to hear in a Bollywood movie, that are supposed to be from a Bihari language, are actually from Awadhi. I think the reason for that is that Awadhi is a lot closer to Hindi than Bihari languages are, therefore the people won't struggle much understanding the dialogues.

I was working in Patna for three years,people’s houses from inside seems like a temple but everyone throws their trash outside on the main roads, littering & plastic pollution is a big issue and municipal corporation seems non existent. This was prior to Covid, Hope things have improved. P.S. if you do not know and ask someone for directions, they will drop you to your destination instead of just giving just directions. If you are born in Bihar and UP the only way going up in social ladder is to crack IAS/PCS/SSC level Govt Exams or become self employed or do entrepreneurship. Businesses avoid Bihar due to poor administration and infrastructure. Govt is opted by people and large section of population is still uneducated and poor. So all the talented people we see coming from Bihar is beacuse they have no other option to make their life better if they not focus on career first so they cracks exams in higher numbers in comparisons to other states still remain the poorest state.

About the Road construction, I have the same experience about a km of damaged road in a village of Bihar. No one takes the responsibility to build it and they all use the same road for decades now.

As a Bihari i sometimes feel Bollywood has created stereotypes about Bengali Pakistani South and Odia people and culture. Mumbai Delhi me bihari hona ho gya hai Gaali. I have no idea how come they degrade us even though if you come visit Bihar (not sure about hidden village side areas) people will treat you so good. if you need help they'll forget their problems their work helping you. it's not like they're free have no job cause Patna is small Mumbai where streets are as dirty as mumbai and people are busy ignoring passing by side creating a habit of ignorance. You'll need deep research to understand why Bihar is poor. We do give Thousands of IAS IPSs because Bihari's GK and Social knowledge is already so High because of Government's so called work for Bihar their false promises, protests, news, and kids learn morals and politics from their elders. even a small poor family can afford money required for UPSC preparation. Cause it's the only way they can go up from poverty and change their lives. Well It's a comment section I can't write a whole Book debating and talking how System works in Bihar.
