Idhu pana cravings control pana mudiyum. 4)Intake romba kammi panna vendam bro, calories kamiya irukra food neraya saapdalam no issues. Main is track/maintain your calories while eating, apo dhan weight loss pana mudiyum or else evlo excercise panalum weight korayadhu.

Brother good effort..but looks like there is lot of drop in muscle .. please advise your son to have a protein rich nutrition and take a guidance from proper trainer...else he will end up having a sagging skin... For weight loss transformation at this stage you should atleast take protien twice your bodyweight ( or at least 1.5times)

Donot over do cardio, it can lead to muscle loss along with fat loss 4. I think for your height,you must have reached ideal weight ( Check BMI), don't reduce further, maintain it.. 5. Focus now on building quality muscle and sustain it 6. All the very best for your transformation journey 💪
