I love the comparison between how a fight with Adam goes between Alastor and Lucifer. When Alastor fought him he treated it like he was fighting any other sinner, showing off his power, but for the most part just being cocky and he almost got killed for it. In contrast, Lucifer was toying with Adam the whole time. He was utterly humiliating this seemingly unstoppable threat to the hotel without even trying. This is why Alastor was so antagonistic and manipulative when Lucifer stopped by earlier. He knew he couldn't match the power of the King of Hell in a million years, so tried to display a different kind of power: leverage over his daughter.
Dang this was such a fun series to watch frfr~ kinda sad they never saw happy day in hell and sorry, but those songs are probably my least fav out of all of em (they're all good dont get me wrong.. but compared to the 10/10 and 9/10 songs they're more of a 7/10 u get me?) So yeh this is great.. do wish they could've seen alastor fight adam lmao.. just to get a small glimpse of what he's capable of~
